How/When can I contact Poison Bee?
We are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM EST and will respond to emails within 24 hours.
What is your return policy?
We provide customers with a full refund of items returned within 7 days of customer having received it. Items must be unworn/unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Shipping cost is non refundable.

How can I update/cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
I received an item and it's damaged?
In the event that you do receive something damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours, via email sales@poisonbee.com so our customer service team can help you get that resolved as soon as possible.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes we do.

I want to pick up my items in store. How can I do that?
We currently do not offer in store services.
What if I have a lost/stolen package?
Poison Bee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS®️ (1-800-275-8777).
Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to the respective carrier (USPS/UPS/FED-EX/DHL).
